If so many organizations are making the journey toward business alignment, where is the public transportation system? Why would I want to go there anyway? The business people all speak a different language and their culture is very different from mine. It’s a little scary, and I’ve heard of people who started the journey but got lost and were never heard from again.
Travel always involves both risk and reward. If you have never fully achieved business alignment, or if you started the journey and got lost along the way, this session is for you. Your tour guide will be answering questions like: What does business alignment look like? Why would we want to go there? How can we plan for a successful journey? Is there a shorter route? Who should I include in my travel party, and what are their roles and responsibilities? What should I expect to see along the way? How will I measure my distance traveled? Most importantly, how will I know when we have arrived? (Fundamental)
